The Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter is a new initiative to raise housing standards in Greater Manchester. It will support landlords to deliver a good service to their tenants, and help tenants find a landlord who is committed to setting an example to show that renting can be better.
The VCSFE sector has a vital role to play in the success of the Charter, and the Implementation Unit is running a ‘lunch and learn’ webinar on 7th August from 12pm-1pm to help you to find out more about the Charter and how you can be involved. It is for anyone in the VCSFE sector, you do not need to be focused on housing to attend.
