Are you a woman living in Rochdale, Oldham, Salford, Manchester, Wigan or Bolton?
Would you like to take part in a series of free workshops to develop you facilitator/leadership skills and develop your own creative campaign or workshop?
This project aims to bring together women from all different ages, backgrounds, cultures and belief systems to empower them to become even greater peace and cohesion leaders within their community. The workshops will explore creative facilitation techniques, as well as how to hold challenging conversations, support people to develop critical thinking skills and explore themes of hate and radicalisation.
10 x 2 hour sessions
Receive an ASDAN award in Leadership and refreshments and travel expenses provided.
All dates/times and venues TBC (this is dependent on take up and any partner offers for space/pre-existing groups that meet)
This project is suitable for frontline workers/staff and wider community.
