Green Academies Project film competition

29 Jun 2018 - 11:00 by michelle.foster

Do you fancy yourself as the next David Attenborough? If you're between the ages of 11 – 24 and have a passion for nature, this is the perfect opportunity to get creative and share your story with others. National Trust

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is create a short film about nature. Maybe you love heading out to walk through the countryside, or you have a friend who volunteers in the great outdoors? Whatever the angle, National Trust wants to hear about people’s love for the environment and the parts of it they care about the most.

Once the competition closes, 10 shortlisted films will be showcased at this year’s Countryfile Live event on Saturday 4 August.  Each shortlisted film maker will receive a free ticket to the event and have the opportunity to introduce their film to the audience. Following the screening a group of experts will be on hand for a panel discussion, followed by a Q&A.
