Immunisation clinics

There are a number of catch-up clinics being run over the summer holidays. These are at a variety of venues, see the information below. The clinics are for any children who attend a Manchester High School and who have missed out on their core immunisations.
 
The vaccines that will be offered over the summer are:

• The teenage booster, also known as the 3-in-1 or the DTP vaccine, is given to boost protection against 3 separate diseases: tetanus, diphtheria and polio, at the same time the MEN ACWY vaccine is offered
• Human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV), presently given as two doses 6 months apart
