Self Help are offering free, one-off wellbeing workshops to local organisations, businesses and community groups.
The sessions explore how thoughts, behaviours, physical sensations and our environment can affect how we feel.
The sessions will look at what you can do to improve your wellbeing and outline the support we provide.
Wellbeing workshops are available upon request at a time to suit you and can be delivered at your venue.
