Liberty Farm are an organisation who support people with chronic illness or disability in Manchester. In response to COVID-19 they have launched a new service to support people who are struggling to get shopping.
The scheme is for anyone who lives in Fallowfield, Moss Side or surrounding areas, where either you or someone else in your household has a disability or chronic illness, and your household is struggling or unable to get out and buy shopping.
