With so many people struggling at the current time due to social distancing and isolation perhaps mindfulness could help you?

Mindfulness meditation has been shown in many studies to be useful for helping people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and enhance their wellbeing.

Join Manchester Mind this March. This free to join, month-long challenge will involve one simple mindful activity per day. The longest activity is 20 minutes, most will only take a few minutes out of your day but can enhance your emotional and mental wellbeing, helping you feel calmer and more present.

Manchester Mind are also delighted to offer three free zoom meditations throughout March, so you can find out more about mindfulness and Mindful March, while also experiencing an exclusive live session led by their qualified mindfulness practitioner Ruth.
