Manchester Mind are running two mindfulness courses in the Autumn
Mindfulness and Relaxation for menopause
This 8 week mindfulness and relaxation course will teach you tools and techniques to help you better manage your menopause symptoms, lower stress and anxiety, and improve your mood. The next course starts on 16th September and will take place live on zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7pm-9.15pm. The first session will start a little earlier at 6.45pm. There are 8 sessions and will break for half term on 28th October, finishing on the 11th November. Find out more and register here
Mindfulness for Stress
Learn mindfulness and meditation techniques to help reduce your stress levels and improve your mood and wellbeing. The next course will take place live on zoom on Wednesday afternoons 4pm-6pm and starts on 24th September. There are 8 sessions and will break for half term on 29th October, finishing on 19th November. Find out more and register here
