Barnardo's are delighted to offer a free 4-6 month coaching course for VCS leaders to improve staff wellbeing.
Sessions are delivered with a balance of group activities and 1-1 discussions.
They are based on the I-GROW Model and participants will:
- Explore what issues are currently affecting them and their organisation
- Identify what their measurable and achievable goal is
- Examine the reality of the issue and what limiting beliefs are preventing them from tackling it
- Look at the options that they have to address the issue and achieve their goal
- Identify what they will do
Course duration: 5 x 1.5 hour sessions every 2-3 weeks
First session is on 27 April 2021, 1pm-2.30pm on Zoom.
