Black Britain Unspoken is back for a third season and Media Trust are looking for Black British creatives with a compelling story to tell.
Warner Bros. Discovery and Media Trust are collaborating with Bounce Cinema and new production partner Wall to Wall, to run Black Britain Unspoken, a filmmaking initiative aimed at giving Black British storytellers and filmmakers a space to share their experiences of being Black and British.
Last year's films delved into celebrations, music, fashion and more.
This year’s selected filmmakers will receive professional development training and support to produce a short-form documentary, which will be aired on discovery+ during Black History Month.
To take part, as well as identifying as Black and British, you have to be over 18, with some experience in filmmaking but no more than three broadcast credits as a director or writer.
