Purpose built by a Homeless charity to feed the homeless and needy .This catering unit was built onto the van in 2014 and has only ever served Vegan food in its lifetime.
The van has had two owners from new and The Shiva Trust have a record of all work done on this van from the previous owner .The unit on the back can be removed and bolted onto a newer van/chassis in the future. The Shiva Trust have only done 1000 miles in the catering over the last 18 months.
The van has a gas operated six burner oven with lots of room from large pans and enough oven space for 6 trays of pies in the oven. The van has a 3 burner griddle that has lots of room for burger and onions each section is regulated with separate controls. The van has a bairn marie with 4 separate pots for beans, peas, curry sauce, soup for example.
The van has a 25 gallon heated earn with auto fill every time you use it to make tea it adds a little bit of more water. A stand up fridge and freezer ,three sinks and hot water immersion heater for washing vegetables, pots and pans and hands. The van has an electric pump for water and a generator can be included in the price. Lots of under counter space for stock. This van has 6 plug sockets and a 32 amp electrics pack. All the equipment has a gas certificate until March 2016. The van is also fitted with a tracker for extra security.
The Shiva Trust are selling the van to further their charitable aims in other ways with a shop with a cafe for the homeless.
A 12 month mot can be put on the van if needed.
