Breakthrough UK has a project called Foundations for Change: Co-Produced Disability Inclusion Frameworks.
They currently need as many disabled people and people with long-term health conditions as possible to respond to their survey.
The aim of this research is to identify barriers disabled patients and patients with long term health conditions and the people who support them are facing within healthcare systems and create a framework as a guide for providers which will help address those barriers.
The survey should take you no more than fifteen minutes. All data will be kept anonymous and any data kept on survey monkey’s servers will be deleted by once the research is concluded.
