Do you work with young people aged 11-25 in Manchester? Would like to learn how to support young people and their mental health through the use of creativity?
Join 42nd Street’s free training to explore using creative approaches with a trauma-informed lens to better support youth with their Mental Health and emotional wellbeing.
The training is brought to you through a partnership with Making Manchester Fairer scheme, to deliver training to individuals who work for VSCE organisations to help reduce inequalities throughout Manchester.
For this reason to be eligible for the training you must:
- Work with young people aged 11-25?
- Work for a Voluntary sector organisation based in Manchester?
- Work for a voluntary organisation that supports young people based in Manchester?
You will learn:
- How to use creative approaches with a trauma trauma-informed lens
- How creativity and mental health overlap
- How to facilitate the creative process
- How to encourage the use of creativity as a form of communication
