In this session, we (Triceratops) look at how to map out the change you bring, presenting different options which can help both internal and external audiences see what you do and understand the importance of it.
This session is for those who know they make a difference and want assistance to articulate and increase understanding with staff, volunteers, funders and others.
You can expect to gain:
- Knowledge of different methods to measure your impact
- Confidence in defining or discovering your impact
- Understanding of how this can be translated to different audiences
