Youth Alliance GM: Workforce Development Workshop

This session will inform you of the opportunities available across Greater Manchester for you and your workforce to develop skills and gain relevant qualifications. The session will also provide you the chance to input into facilitated discussions on current opportunities and barriers to workforce development.

This informal session will explore the following themes of training and CPD:

• Map existing formal training opportunities and routes for Play and Youth (Level 2-6)
• Explore sector wide CPD programmes
• Explore cross boundary training collaborations
• Create a link between training providers and services

Target audience: anybody with responsibility for workforce development including training and qualifications.
