With small charities continuing to navigate uncertainty and ongoing challenges, the team at IVAR have announced two new dates for their free ‘Leading in Uncertainty’ sessions, designed specifically for leaders of small UK charities.
The 90-minute online sessions offer leaders the chance to pause, reflect and talk openly about the realities they’re facing, alongside peers who understand the pressures involved. Guided by IVAR’s experienced facilitators, the sessions create space for honest conversation, shared learning and mutual support.
This is a chance to come together with up to 20 other voluntary sector leaders, to pause and reflect, and to hear each other’s experiences of adapting to and coping with leading in prolonged uncertainty.
Anonymised insights from the sessions will be shared with grantmakers to encourage them to adapt their practice and to make life easier for charities.
