The South Asian Heritage Trust are bringing together 20 trusted organisations and community leaders across Manchester to help create safer spaces for conversations within South Asian communities around identity, belonging, wellbeing, and lived experience.
As part of this funded opportunity, participating organisations will:
- Attend a Community Leaders Listening Circle in June 2026 to explore current community needs and experience the Listening Circle model firsthand
- Take part in Facilitator Training in July 2026 to learn how to safely hold space and facilitate meaningful conversations
- Receive funding and support to deliver one Listening Circle within their own community or organisation as part of the wider programme
- Gain the skills, resources, and toolkit to continue delivering Listening Circles independently in the future
This programme is designed for organisations and community leaders already connected to South Asian communities and supporting groups of people locally.
