Get into Uni open event

Empower Consultants CIC are hosting a Get into Uni Open Event, delivered through their WorkWell programme in partnership with Get into Uni.

Empower Consultants CIC are particularly encouraging Manchester residents from Black and South Asian communities who are experiencing health barriers and would like to explore whether university could be an option for them.

The event is designed for people who may feel university is out of reach because they:

• Haven’t studied for years or don’t have traditional qualifications 
• Have physical or mental health barriers 
• Have children or caring responsibilities 
• Are working or managing other commitments

Attendees can receive support with free eligibility checks, course and timetable matching, university applications and guidance around Student Finance.
