Manchester Markets have a limited number of traditional market stalls at this year's Christmas Markets that they would like to offer to local charities to use for either retailing i.e sale of things like vintage clothing or Christmas cards etc (but not cash collecting) or as an information stall to increase awareness of your charity.
This year their traditional market stalls will be located on King Street, a prestigious retail location in the centre of Manchester. The rest of the stalls will be occupied by craft and gift traders and will operate every day of the market. They are happy to reserve some mid-week dates for use by local charities. Lighting is provided but no additional power is available.
If you would be interested in applying for a stall for your chosen charity please email Isabel Mourato, at: [email protected] stating your preference of dates.
Dates presently available are:
Monday 18 to Wednesday 20 November 2013
Monday 25 to Wednesday 27 November 2013
On receipt of your email Isabel will forward you an application form.
Dates will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you think you may be interested please complete and return an application to them as soon as possible.
Charities will need to supply a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5m of cover), stating what the stall would be used for.
Due to the high demand for stalls at the market, please make sure that you are able to commit to the chosen dates before submitting your application.
