Church Action on Poverty are looking to sub-let some of their office space to other Manchester-based charities and community groups.
There is room for up to six desks at a rate of £2,500 per desk per year (a lower price can be negotiated if you do not need all of the services listed below).
For the fully serviced office, the fees include:

• cleaning
• telephones
• photocopying
• printing
• internet and IT services
• insurance
• electricity
• access to kitchen
• access to small teleconference / one-to-one-room
• access to meeting room
• staff breakout / relaxation space
The offices are fully accessible and are less than five minutes' walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and other public transport hubs in central Manchester.

Alternatively, they have an unserviced unequipped room available, with space for eight staff. The total annual cost to hire this space would be £10,000.
