Cheetham Hill Mosque visits

The mosque in Cheetham Hill North Manchester is inviting people to visit to the mosque during the month of Ramadan. Ramadan is a fast during daylight hours. It is something they do every year. The visit comprises a tour, short presentation, Q&A as well as a dinner. There is no cost to those that attend and everyone is welcome.

It has proved to be a big success with many people attending for the first time leaving having gained a better understanding. It has helped community relations as well. The Cheetham Hull Mosque also have other colleagues from the council attend, councillors, Police officers, local faith and non faith groups attending.

The visit would give those attending an insight into the basics of Ramadan, the work the mosque does in the community as well as a nice meal.

9, 10, 11, 12 June
16, 17, 18, 19 June
