Online Lunchtime Meditation
Every Wednesday 12.15pm-1pm
A chance to meditate and connect with others. This session includes a couple of mindfulness meditations and opportunities for questions and reflections.
No experience of meditation required – you will be guided.

Online Morning Meditation
Every Friday (except Good Friday) 8am-8.30am
Join Manchester Mind in a morning meditation to help you start the day on the right foot. Session will be half an hour, but the meditation itself will be around 15 minutes, with time for questions and reflections. Suitable for beginners.
