Step Up is the new place-based giving scheme for the Manchester neighbourhoods of Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw.
Step Up are looking for caring, dynamic and committed people who are passionate about building community and making a real difference to join their Board and Advisory Panel.
Step Up brings people together from within the community to maximise on our human potential, energy, skills, and resilience for the benefit of local people.
Step Up aim to connect people, businesses, public and voluntary organisations to enable creative ideas to flourish. Step Up will support giving, whether of time, money, resources, or expertise to develop new projects led by the community.
How to apply
The first stage for anyone who wishes to join the Board of Trustees or Advisory Panel is an informal discussion about the role and Step Up Manchester’s core purpose and mission.
Stage two is a simple application form, followed by an interview with members of the Step Up Board.
