Racism and the Pandemic is an Arts and Humanities Research Council project and film that aims to shed light on institutional and workplace racism in health and social care during and prior to the pandemic in the UK. The survey is open to all health and social care workers. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
Racism and the Pandemic is an Urgent Call Covid-19 project that will shed light on the diverse racisms that Black and Asian health workers encountered both during the pandemic and throughout your careers.
72% of NHS and social care staff who died during the first wave of the Pandemic were from BME backgrounds. Your knowledge and experience holds the key to creating significant change that can support the building of a more inclusive society and an equitable NHS capable of delivering the best patient care. The project will record your stories and create a manifesto for change.
All health workers regardless of their position in the organisation are invited to fill in a confidential survey on experiences of racism
