manchester mind & tfgm campaignHow are you today? No really, how are you?

Have you:

  • Had enough sleep
  • Eaten healthily
  • Drank enough water
  • Done some exercise
  • Taken a break
  • Spent some time in nature
  • Meditated
  • Connected with others

Now lockdown has lifted Manchester Mind has been working with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) on a special campaign to encourage people living and working in the region to look after their own wellbeing.

Running across the Greater Manchester tram network, a series of posters have been spotted on trams and stations over the last few months.

The central focus of the campaign is a self-care check-list, which features on many of the posters and can be downloaded from the Manchester Mind website: www.manchestermind.org/wellbeing-hub

Accessible via a QR code or link the Manchester Mind website now hosts a Self-Care Hub. The Hub provides a wealth of information to support wellbeing with tips on coping with difficult feelings around the pandemic, emotional resilience, healthy eating and sleeping, accessing nature to boost mental health, tips for young people and how to access Manchester Mind services and workplace training courses.

If you spot any of the posters tweet your pictures to @ManchesterMind or tag on Instagram @manchester_mind
