Healthy Me Healthy Communities (HMHC) are looking for 2-3 complimentary food partners who are passionate about tackling food insecurity to join their neighbourhood food hub at Gorton 
Central, Gorton Community Centre.
HMHC are looking for:
- Grocer/pantry style projects that make a reasonable charge for the food (HMHC are not looking to partner with projects that offer free food)
- Enhanced food offers like fresh, healthy meals and meal kits
- Your ideas are also welcomed
What to expect from HMHC:
- Free 1 day a week access to newly refurbished food-hub at their inclusive and exciting Community Centre
- Established signposting and referral system for your members
- Food-aid training and mentoring
- Shared learning across hub partners and city-wide partnerships
What HMHC expect from you:
- Welcoming, inclusive and meeting local need
- Committed to addressing the underlying causes of food insecurity
- Uphold food-safety standards
- Participate in training and hub steering group
- Collect and submit regular monitoring data
