Supporting residents with the cost of living training

MAES know that many of residents are experiencing hardship and are impacted by the cost-of-living crisis. In your work with residents, you may deal with difficult and sensitive issues and meet digital inclusionpeople who need further support with the cost-of-living crisis. MAES would like to gauge interest in running their one-hour digital training session.

This one-hour digital training session will look at:  

  • Deeper understanding of what the cost-of-living crisis means and how people are affected  Understanding the signs of someone who is struggling and when you might spot them  
  • Enabling effective conversations around the cost of living – learning about conversations models and setting boundaries when dealing with someone in crisis  
  • Where to signpost to further support available in Manchester   

Training sessions run at the cost of £200 per 1-hour online session with the max capacity of 50 people.
