The Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities has announced that funding for the Hong Kong BN(O) Welcome Programme has been renewed for a third year for 2023/24.
Included in the funding announcement is:
- Continued funding for the network of 12 Welcome hubs across the UK
- Continued funding for Local Authorities to draw down to support access to English language classes and continued support for destitution
- Continued funding for On Your Side hate crime reporting service
Also announced as part of the funding is a new competition for National and Regional VCSE Projects to support BN(O) visa holders across the country.
The deadline to apply for the National and Regional VCSE Grants is 31 March 2023.

The North West Hong Kong BN(O) Welcome Hub and the Regional Strategic Migration Partnership (RSMP) welcomes the engagement of organisations wishing to apply for this funding.
