VCSE Future Leaders Programme

The VCSE Future Leaders Programme will run from January to June 2024 and aims to build confidence and skills, and nurture new talent, within Greater Manchester’s VCSE sector. It will be 10gm a joint venture to support the VCSE sector in Greater Manchesterfacilitated by Claire Ebrey from On The Level and Ed Moss from The Space to Thrive, with input from other trainers and facilitators. The programme will be co-designed with VCSE emerging leaders themselves and will be tailored specifically to meet their/the sector’s needs.

Are you an aspiring VCSE leader, or do you know someone who is?
Are you keen to supercharge your skills, knowledge, and confidence to bring about social change?
Do you have a sense of purpose, vision, and commitment?
Are you working, volunteering or embedded within a small or medium-sized VCSE sector organisation or group in Greater Manchester?
Maybe this describes you, or maybe you can see these qualities and future potential in someone you work alongside in the sector?

This programme is specifically for people who are embedded within smaller or medium-sized VCSE organisations/groups – this could be as a paid staff member, or in volunteering or activist roles.
