Led by A Brilliant Thing CIC, from January to June 2024, 10GM’s VCSE Workforce Development Programme is bringing together experienced managers in Greater Manchester’s (GM) Voluntary, 
Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, to co-design and participate in a series of leadership learning workshops.
The Leadership Development Programme will offer opportunities to connect, reflect, share, and learn with other VCSE managers and leaders, in a closed group. Facilitated by A Brilliant Thing CIC, these workshops will be co-designed with participants, to focus on what matters most to you as a VCSE leader in Greater Manchester.
The workshops are ideal for organisational managers and leaders in the VCSE sector, who despite limited resources and time, play an important role in inspiring their teams and driving change in Greater Manchester. We hope the series will provide a rich and supportive environment for connecting with peers in the sector, as well as sharing and developing leadership processes and practices that will strengthen their organisations and support leaders’ personal wellbeing and resilience.
