About the Feminist Leadership Training Programme
This FREE training programme consists of three full day or six 3.5-hour online sessions on Feminist Leadership.
The Feminist Leadership training programme will provide you with practical and analytical skills in leadership. Through theory, personal reflections and interactive exercises the programme will explore topics related to feminism, leadership and power that you will be able to apply in your organisation and community.
The programme consists of the following topics/themes:
- Feminist Leadership – an introduction
- Emotional Intelligence
- Unchecked Bias
- Power
- Presentation and Pitching
- Burnout: Signs, Impact, Prevention
- Project Management
- Relationship Management
- Negotiation Skills
- Values and Organisational Culture
Who's the training for?
- Women, staff members or volunteers at women’s voluntary ad community organisations.
- All women are welcome to apply but Women’s Resource Centre will prioritise Black and minoritised women and emerging rather than established leaders.
