By becoming a supporter of our Spirit of Manchester programme, you can be part of celebrating and rewarding Manchester's local voluntary and community groups for all their hard work throughout the year. All supporters recieve a supporters logo to use for a year and also feature on our website and in the Spirit of Manchester Awards Brochure.
Our annual Spirit of Manchester Awards continue to be a way to recognise all the excellent work and thank the people involved in Manchester's voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. The next year is going to be difficult for the voluntary and community sector and we want to help as much as possible both with support and also our Spirit of Manchester Fund. We need your help to build as big a fund as possible. There are a number of ways you can do this. You could support one of our Award categories or you could provide raffle and auction prizes. All support including the proceeds of the raffle is put into the Spirit of Manchester Fund – our mini-grants programme for the sector. The proceeds raised will go to great causes in the city.

Funds raised from the raffle will go to our Spirit of Manchester Fund – so we welcome all donations of prizes. If you’re a local business, we’re particularly interested in prizes which are your existing products or services: e.g. free tickets, vouchers, a free haircut, cake …anything you can think of! You can make a one-off donation or start a regular donation today to help make a real difference to the city of Manchester. We want to encourage local people and businesses to get involved and support their local community organisations by pledging contributions to the Spirit of Manchester Fund. Even a small amount can help make a huge difference.
