AI Leadership Readiness, From Frameworks to Implementation, will cover:

  • AI policy workshop: The session will work through a one-page policy template live covering approved tools and tiers, data boundaries (green/amber/red), verification requirements, and trustee visibility. Attendees leave with a draft policy they can take back to their organisation.
  • Live CRAFT data demo:Run a live walkthrough of the CRAFT pipeline (Collect → Refine → Analyse → Fact-check → Transform). Show the full journey from raw data to dashboard in real time.
  • Board and trustee governance: What trustees need to know, what questions to ask, and how to bring AI onto the board agenda.
  • Ethics and responsible AI: Bias in training data, environmental cost of inference, the minimalist–responsible–maximalist spectrum. Specific to charity context. Where AI should not replace human relationships.
  • Tools: Copilot, Claude, and beyond: Direct comparison and honest assessment of different tools for charity use cases, addressing specific questions raised in feedback.

The training is followed by a dedicated Q&A session.
