Changemakers – what can we learn from past successes

During Race Equality Week NHS GM are delivering an event for all colleagues and partners to attend.  This Changemakers online event aims to engage colleagues in an open discussion about the impact and importance of Black British changemakers in history, and how the NHS can play a more active role in amplifying their stories.  

Discussion points will focus on the impact of health services in advocating for social change, the challenges faced by Black British individuals in their journeys and the ways in which NS GM can support and amplify these narratives, a leadership perspective on diversity and inclusion, and role of the organisation in promoting change.
