Employment Law is Changing – Join to find out about the changes, and how you can use these to support people with problems at work.

The new Employment Rights Act will increase rights for workers and their enforcement options to stop poor employment practice.

This workshop will look at basic employment rights and examine how you can support your clients and residents to ensure they can be supported to overcome issues either accessing employment or retaining their current job.

The target audience is key workers and support staff from front-line organisations working with individuals and communities that require employment law support. This could be from simply knowing what employment law is to tackling bad practice.

This event will not provide specific or individual advice.

The first hour will be the presentation and your questions and then Greater Manchester Law Centre will stay available for a further half an hour for those who want to find out more.
