This half‑day event brings together menopause awareness, workplace support and holistic wellbeing, designed for the tech community across Greater Manchester and the North West.
Menopause affects many women during their working lives, yet it is still rarely discussed at work. This session creates a safe and informative space for women, colleagues, managers, leaders and allies to learn, ask questions and better understand how menopause can impact health, confidence and working life.
The programme includes expert‑led workplace insight alongside holistic wellbeing sessions to support women through the menopause transition.
Attendance is flexible – you can join for the full day, or attend just the morning or afternoon sessions.

Harriet Taylor offers a unique, holistic approach that blends coaching, counselling, and energy work to create a powerful and reflective experience. Her work is centred on supporting women through the menopause transition, providing a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate change with confidence.

With extensive experience in personal and professional use in Essential Oils, Ruth will run an introduction and taster to her work and a mini master class in using Essential Oils for Menopause including to aid Sleep, Relaxation and Hormonal Balance
