The NIHR Policy Research Unit (PRU) in Behavioural and Social Sciences is looking at how integrated care delivery in the UK operates to support people experiencing cardiovascular disease risk and mild-to-moderate mental health concerns.
PRU Researchers based at the Centre for Behaviour Change (UCL), University of Bedfordshire and Newcastle University are organising this stakeholder workshop (ethics ref:CEHP2020579).
As a professional commissioning, delivering or implementing integrated care, you are invited to share your thoughts via a stakeholder workshop taking place online in October.
Your views are invaluable to help inform recommendations to our policy partners for the development of future integrated care.
This workshop focuses on optimising ‘joined-up’ integrated care for people with cardiovascular disease risk factors and mental health concerns.
You are invited to attend if you are supporting people with cardiovascular disease risk factors and mental health concerns, such as:
- Primary care professional (e.g. GPs, nurses, care coordinators)
- ICS-affiliated staff and commissioners involved in service design or delivery
- Social workers and allied health professionals
- VCSE organisations working in partnership with health and care services
