Manchester Central Foodbank
1157605
We run three foodbank sessions a week, supporting over 1,200 people per month with nutritionally-balanced food parcels for those in crisis. We work with partner organisations to target those who are most in need of our support. In our sessions, we aim to help clients further by hosting advice workers, as well as signposting to other services.
We help lead work on Building an Anti-Poverty Community with other organisations in the city, and work on campaigns around Healthy Start and ESOL through the Equal Start Network.
