2027 is an initiative which exists to hire, develop and support anybody passionate about forging a career that helps them serve communities through grant-giving, and has some lived experience of 
being working class and working in the community. The ultimate aim of 2027 is to bring 15 people a year into the grant-giving sector over 10 years, in order to fundamentally change how decisions are made about where money is going, and who is involved in the decision-making process.
The opportunity at a glance:
Job Title: 2027 associate
Salary: A minimum salary of £25,000
Employer: A 2027 host organisations, a leading Foundation, Trust or social investment organisation
Location: There are opportunities throughout England and Scotland
Hours: Typically 9 am-5 pm with some flexibility according to the requirements of your employing host organisation
Term of contract: Fixed-term, 12-months starting October 2023
Alongside your job, you will also take part in an acclaimed Development Programme where Associates will attend masterclasses and residentials, receive coaching and mentoring and connect with alumni and experts throughout the sector.
