Breakthrough survey on employment during the Coronavirus Pandemic for people with lived experience of disability and long term conditions

Breakthrough UK is a member of the North West Regional Stakeholder Network, of the Cabinet Office Disability Unit, providing a channel for input and engagement with central government from disabled people in the region.

They want to find out about the experiences of disabled people/people with lived experience of disability and long-term conditions, regarding employment so far during the Covid-19 pandemic.

They would like as many disabled people as possible in the North West to complete this short survey
