The course is a community based development programme focusing on community learning for social change. Designed to support community workers into community leadership roles it provides 
people working at grass roots level the tools they need to make change happen. Using empowerment and transformative practices students develop skills in leadership, project development and management, collectively working with their community to take control of its own regeneration. Gaining a deeper understanding of community development will effectively enable them to create sustainable improvements to the community. Graduate’s leave feeling prepared to lead their community.
Additionally, there are also excellent opportunities for international, national, regional, and local networking, developing personal social capital which will serve to effectively enhance employability prospects.
Courses available are:
- Foundation Degree in Community Leadership (2 Years Full Time, 3 Years Part time)
- BA (Hons) Community Leadership (Top Up) (1 Year Full Time, 2 Years Part Time)
