The Horsfall 42nd Street are providing Creative training: Using creative approaches with a trauma-informed lens, with free spots for grassroots organisations in Manchester (provided in partnership with Making Manchester Fairer, to support health equity).
In this hands-on training, attendees will learn how to:
- Develop creative skills and use trauma informed creative approaches
- Connect creative practise with mental health and wellbeing
- Create safe spaces where young people feel comfortable expressing themselves
- Support young people to use creativity to express their feelings, thoughts, connect with themselves and others, build resilience and sense make
- Practical skills you can apply within your setting with young people (11–25)
