Manchester Airport Access forum would like to hear from people affected by Dementia and their experience of using the invisible disability lanyard and how helpful they found the lanyard.
The aim of this is to identify how Manchester Airport can improve people’s experiences of using the lanyards. More information about the Invisible Disabilities Manchester Airport lanyard
This will enable people living with dementia, and their carers, to use the airport and travel more easily.
Manchester Airport are keen to develop an understanding of your experiences of using the invisible disability lanyard. This is so that they can better meet the needs of passengers living with dementia that are using the airport.
