From 6 September Greater Manchester Law Centre (GMLC) will be providing challenging negative Employment Support Allowance (ESA) decisions every Tuesday by appointment only. 
This advice service is for people who have been refused ESA.
This is currently the only area of law that GMLC provide assistance in but they are looking to expand in the near future.

You will be asked to complete the referral form and to attach a copy of the refusal decision.
