LandAid’s autumn 2014 application round is now open

UK registered charities can apply for capital grant funding for building projects and/or for free professional property advice.

The building project can be anywhere in the UK, and can involve refurbishment, conversion, extension, new build and work to outdoor spaces. The spaces are to be used to provide support for children and/or young people up to 25 years old, who are experiencing social and/or economic disadvantages.

You can apply for one building project for funding of between £75,000 and £150,000. LandAid expects to award up to seven charities grants of average £100,000 in 2015/16, and also to award up to a further seven grants of average £100,000 in 2016/17.

LandAid would consider a building project phased over the next two or three years and requiring repeat funding.

LandAid is happy to receive applications where they will part fund building projects with other funders, as well as being the sole funder.
