Any young people aged 14-19 year-old will be placed on the CYP using harm sessional programme but can also have access to the counselling within it or if counselling is seen to be more suitable for them then they can be placed exclusively on the counselling programme.

It is worth noting that if Talk, Listen, Change feel an 11year old and above is suited for the CYP using harm project rather than the counselling then they can offer this service instead and this will be decided on a referral-by-referral basis.
