United Kingdom Acumen Fellowship – For ambitious social entrepreneurs and leaders scaling solutions to poverty

Acumen Academy is a community for ambitious builders grounded in moral imagination, solving problems of poverty. Acumen Academy accompany founders, CEOs and senior leaders, strengthening the hard skills required to scale solutions to poverty and the harder skills required to lead the reimagining of a better world.

The United Kingdom Acumen Fellowship is for social entrepreneurs and leaders across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who have a proven organisational model, demonstrated meaningful impact, and the ambition to take their impact to the next level and influence the systems around them.

Against the backdrop of persistent poverty and increasing inequality across the United Kingdom, the Fellows are tackling some of the country’s most pressing issues – from education, employment, healthcare, and food systems.

Over 9 months, alongside a cohort from across place, issue and background, you’ll invest in strengthening your leadership, deepening your organisation’s impact, and tackling the systemic challenges underlying your work. You’ll sharpen the clarity, courage and judgement needed to navigate growth while staying grounded in the people and communities you work with. Learn more about the impact of the UK Fellowship.

And when the program ends, the journey continues. You'll join the Foundry, Acumen's global community of more than 2,000 social innovators across 71 countries, committed to building a world based on dignity.
