Over the next two years, the ideal candidate will work closely with the trustees of Voluntary Youth Manchester in co-ordinating an opportunity for the community-based youth work sector to come together and, drawing on VYM’s own resources and strengths, undertake an audit of and develop VYM’s practice in responding to issues of equality and diversity.
