Women Resource Centre Feminist Leadership Training

This CPD accredited programme is a person-centred training enabling women to recognise their leadership traits, explore the relationship between feminism, intersectionality and leadership, to learn about practical tools, share good practice and engage in dialogue and reflection on how to create social change.

Day 1 – Training covers topics such as feminism, intersectionality and leadership, emotional intelligence, unconscious bias and preventing burnout.

Day 2 – Exploring the role of power and values in feminist leadership practice.

Feminist Leadership Training Day 1: 10-11 February 2022 / 17-18 February 2022 / 3-4 March 2022

Feminist Leadership Training Day 2: 10-11 March 2022 / 23-24 March 2022

Please note that participants need to have attended the DAY 1 training to be able to attend Day 2.

Please also note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic the training is taking place online. Therefore, each day is split into half-days. Participants are expected to attend both half-day sessions.

This training is for women staff members or volunteers in the voluntary and community sectors, local authorities and private sector.

The training offers an exciting mix of theory and practice. Real life experiences and examples are interwoven throughout the day, providing the participant with knowledge, skills and tools to become a feminist leader.

The cost of the training is £95 per day.
Sisterhood members receive a 25% discount, Solidarity and Activist members receive a 10% discount.
