Most children in the UK haven't received sufficient financial education in schools therefore it's not surprising many adults still struggle to make the most of their money. In the third sector we see this manifest in the service users we support, but we're also not immune to a lack of skills, knowledge and money confidence when handling our own personal finances. Add to this time pressures of running a charity and the increasing cost of living and it can feel very difficult for charity leaders to find time to think, let alone talk positively about money.
As part of national Talk Money Week, join our (Cranfield Trust) free webinar hosted by The Money Charity, the nation's Financial Wellbeing charity, to upskill yourself in the fundamentals of financial wellbeing and build your personal money confidence. The Money Charity believes in helping people make the most of what they have and that, through opening up conversations about money, everyone can benefit. By putting your own oxygen mask on first you'll also leave the session more equipped to support your beneficiaries when it comes to money. Rhiannon will also highlight the wide range of impactful, engaging group workshops available FOR FREE from The Money Charity for your service users up & down the UK on topics such as budgeting & family finances, to pensions, wills & future planning.
